- Return requests must be made within 7 days from the delivery date of the order.
- Returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Exceptions to Returns:
- For hygiene and health reasons, intimate items (such as underwear, swimwear, etc.) and perishable products (such as food or cosmetics) cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Items on sale or promotion may not be eligible for returns unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery.
Return Process:
- Contact us within 7 days of the order delivery date via email at boutiquefusion@outlook.com and provide your order number along with a detailed description of the issue with the item.
- Our customer support team will review your return request and provide you with return instructions.
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Send the returnable item to the address provided by our customer support team.
- Once the item has been received and inspected, we will process the refund within 7 business days after return confirmation, using the original payment method.
Right to Cancel an Order:
Under consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the delivery date. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at boutiquefusion@outlook.com.
Request for Size Exchange:
If the size of the purchased product does not meet your requirements, please contact us within 7 days from the receipt of your order to request a size exchange.
Size Exchange Procedure:
- Contact our customer service via WhatsApp or email to request a size exchange. We will provide you with the necessary instructions.
Shipping Costs for the New Product:
- Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the new product. The details of these costs will be provided at the time of the size exchange request.
